This month’s challenge was hosted by Alex of Dear love blog. She chose an Italian flat bread called piadina. Traditionally piadina are made with lard but because Alex is vegetarian she made them with olive oil. They are served hot or cold with a filling between two piadinas. As always our members rose to the challenge and created some delicious looking piadinas and also filling ideas.

This month’s challenge was hosted by Jo of Jo’s kitchen. She found a recipe for a sandwich bread loaf originally made by Michel Roux Jr. as part of the BBC TV Series ‘The Great British Food Revival’.
