This months challenge was hosted by Dom of Belleau kitchen. He choes the traditional Jewish bread of challah, a sweet, light and eggy bread. Everyone seemed to love the challenge and produced some stunning looking loaves. Sorry for the late posting of this round-up, things are a little busy right now for both myself and Michelle.

wow... glad everyone enjoyed it!... they are all so diverse and look so lovely x
They all look lovely, indeed! :)
It is a really impressive round-up!
It's great that one type of bread can look so different. Next time I might add some cinnamon and raisins like Confessions of a Curious Cuisiniere.
They all look so good! I had to miss it out but am all ready for March's challenge :)
