March 2011 Challenge Round-up - Local Flour

This month's challenge was hosted by Helen from Fuss Free Flavours. She challenged us to bake something yeasted, using flour where we knew either where it was grown or where it was milled.

Well done everyone. I didn't manage to make anything this month but am going to look out for local flour and treat it as my own challenge later in the year.
