August Roundup - Bread Using Vegetables

The lovely Sally from My Custard Pie and hosted this months Fresh From the Oven Challenge, for the first time. She set us a challenge to use vegetables as an ingredient in our breads this month. She was inspired by a glut of courgettes in her garden. It was a fabulous challenge and has proven popular amongst FFTO Members as you can see by the fabulous entries posted here.
