August Roundup - Bread Using Vegetables

The lovely Sally from My Custard Pie and hosted this months Fresh From the Oven Challenge, for the first time. She set us a challenge to use vegetables as an ingredient in our breads this month. She was inspired by a glut of courgettes in her garden. It was a fabulous challenge and has proven popular amongst FFTO Members as you can see by the fabulous entries posted here. March 2011 Challenge Round-up - Local Flour

This month's challenge was hosted by Helen from Fuss Free Flavours. She challenged us to bake something yeasted, using flour where we knew either where it was grown or where it was milled.
